Long Term Lets - ( 6 - 12 months )

This service is free to you - and all you need to do is call us or email us your requirements and we will:

 
  • Discuss you requirements in detail
  • Arrange an itinerary of properties to be visited, selected from our own extensive portfolio and / or those of other reputable agents depending on you needs
  • Monitor your progress throughout your search
  • Provide regular updates of our rental list
  • Supply any other information that may be helpful and appropriate such as area guides

Short Term Lets - ( from 1 month - 90 day minimum stay )

This service is free to you - and can be used by:
  • Employees on short term projects
  • Employees who require temporary accommodation whilst searching for a long term home
  • Business travelers
  • Tourists
  • Graduates and summer associates
Apartments on short term offer good value for tenants as they are usually less expensive than serviced apartments or Hotel rooms while still offering many of the benefits.  Whereas the rate you pay in a hotel only provides one room, with short stay apartments and service apartments you have the benefit of the additional space of a sitting room and often separate fully fitted kitchen and dining room 

Houses may include the benefit of a terrace, garden, balcony, utilities room and a maid room, while apartment blocks may include lift, porter, parking, swimming pool and a gym

You can also save money on dining out and room service 
Private Short Term apartments will have all the bills included in the basic weekly rates however, the cleaning services may not always be included  please, check with us at the time of booking 
You will also have to pay for your own telephone calls (metered/direct dial) 
You can also save money by having the telephone switch to incoming calls only - this will mean that people will be able to ring in but you will not be able to ring out (ok if you have a mobile)

Complimentary tours of our short term portfolio can be arranged to enable human resources personnel to become familiar with the appropriate rental ranges and to be certain of the quality of the accommodation

Service Apartments -  ( from one month -  ninety days minimum stay )

Service Apartments are an excellent alternative to an hotel and offer more space and financial savings with the benefits of the on site service often provided by hotels and can be offered as part-serviced and non-serviced 
.

Apartments range from studios where the sitting room and bedroom are combined, through to 1-4 bedroom apartments, larger apartment often have separate dining rooms

  • Stay can vary from one month to a minimum stay of ninety days 

  • Each booking will have different booking procedures

  • Most apartments will require pre-payment or credit card details to guarantee the reservation.  You can then settle any balance directly with the apartment on your arrival.  Most service apartments have a  cancellation fee

  • Most service apartments have a concierge or on site management office.  At least a once a week maid service is included
